The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories or tags.

Items without original packaging
Products returned after the 48-hour window
Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:

Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
If approved, we will coordinate the return pickup or provide further return instructions.
5. Refunds
Since we operate only through Cash on Delivery, we do not issue monetary refunds. However:
If the return is approved, you may choose one of the following:
Exchange: We will send a replacement item (same product or equivalent).
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free if the item is damaged or incorrect.
We do not reimburse shipping costs for items returned without authorization.
